If you have an older version of Flash installed, you may hear audio but not see video - this means you need to upgrade your Flash Player.

If you find that the video playback takes a long time to start or stops and starts while playing, either your internet connection is not fast enough to play the video, or there is congestion on your network. Please contact your ISP to discuss how you can improve your connection speed.
