With indications increasing and more products coming to market, GPs will increasingly be managing patients who are being treated with biologics and need to be ready. GPs will need to juggle this will all the other conditions a patient presents with. This session will cover what matters in general practice.

Speaker: A/Prof Ralph Audehm
A general practitioner with 30 years experience, Associate Professor Audehm has also been actively involved in divisions of general practice since 1994. He graduated from Melbourne University in 1984 and obtained a diploma from the Royal Australian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the 1987. He gained a graduate certificate in clinical research in 2005. In 2004 was made an Honorary Research Fellow of the University of Melbourne and in 2015 an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor. The emergence of the divisions of general practice fostered his interest in population health, especially in management of chronic conditions in general practice. He has had numerous memberships on boards, expert panels and working parties.
